Purchases of more than two tickets cannot be guaranteed to be seated together, although efforts will be made to locate as close together as possible. Seating will be confirmed when the club issues the tickets 24-48 hours before the match, which is when you will receive your direct access tickets.

No changes or cancellations are permitted. If a match is postponed at short notice due to adverse weather conditions, industrial action, force majeure, or any other reason beyond the control of the football club or broadcasters, the match ticket will still be valid for the rescheduled date. Depending on availability, an alternative match may be offered.
