The visit will begin at an organic rice farm with a little-known lagoon, a favorite among wildlife photographers. From the observation point, bathed in the afternoon light, you'll observe birds from just meters away. Get your cameras ready! The tour continues by vehicle through the Ebro Delta to the Tancada Lagoon, where we'll make another stop to try and spot flamingos. These birds have a very distinctive pinkish color, but do you know the reason for this hue? You'll find out on this visit! After observing these animals, the route continues to Trabucador Beach. In this cove, you can enjoy a romantic sunset in all its splendor, just as the waters of the Mediterranean Sea and the Alfaques Bay begin to turn orange and scarlet. The Great Bird Show
Introductory birdwatching tour for observing the main species of the Ebro Delta. The tour begins at La Casa de Fusta with a local guide who will show you the world of birds, passing by the Encanyissada Lagoon, Poble Nou del Delta, the Alfacs Bay and the La Tancada Lagoon. The tour will end at SEO/BirdLife & Riet Vell, a nature reserve where volunteers help species nest. The visit is conducted in the client's own vehicle or in the guide's vehicle, depending on the option chosen. PRICE PER VEHICLE, MAXIMUM 4 PEOPLE. Duration: 3:00/3:30 hours. Birdwatching. Bird watching in the Ebro Delta

The first stop will be the information point at the Les Olles Lagoon, where you'll receive an introduction to the Ebro Delta, covering its history, geology, and designation as a Natural Park. From there, following the edge of the Les Olles Lagoon, you'll head towards the rice fields. The tour continues to the lagoon's birdwatching hide, where binoculars will be provided for birdwatching. The visit then proceeds along the edge of Fangar Bay towards the Goleró, a former arm of the Ebro River and a site where seagrass balls accumulate, a result of the presence of Posidonia oceanica. Next, we'll explore the green filter, a wetland that filters the water before it reaches the Mediterranean Sea—a charming area that is home to all kinds of birds, including flamingos! From the viewpoint, you'll be able to admire the vastness of Fangar Bay and its mussel farms. The last stop will be at the Illa de Mar Port, where you will learn about mussel and oyster production, the daily struggles involved, the environmental challenges, and the exquisite quality of these products.

The Ebro Delta in your hands
The tour begins at the Ecomuseum of the Ebro Delta Natural Park. From there, you'll explore the northern Delta by car, stopping along the way to discuss rice production, its life cycle, and invasive species. During the drive, you'll see various bird species and have time to observe them.
After a while, you'll arrive at Fangar Bay, where you can sample one of the saltiest plants with a unique flavor.

Continue along the bay's shoreline, stopping at the Illa de Mar wetland. Park your car there to enjoy this incredible wetland. Take a short 1km walk to a viewpoint overlooking the mussel farms and the vastness of the Fangar Peninsula. Finally, you'll drive to the Illa de Mar fishing port to learn about mussel and oyster farming. From this point, you will return to the Ecomuseum after enjoying this spectacular tour, which will provide a 3-hour total immersion in the unique features of this amazing Delta.
