Visit the El Soplao Mining Via Ferrata
Once the purchase is made, you will receive in your email the "Information Document" and "Rules and Considerations of the visit", being a necessary requirement to respond to that email giving your consent to proceed to manage your reservation and send you the access voucher to the activity .

The mining visit to El Soplao consists of a via ferrata, which, unlike the other existing via ferrata, its entire route takes place through a mining gallery (Minas de La Florida).
This visit has a total length of 2 kilometers and the estimated duration of the route is approximately 3 and a half hours. The length of the visit can be affected by the group's progress, as well as by the number of people that make it up.
The El Soplao mining visit does not require previous knowledge of caving, ferrata or climbing, but it does require a certain physical form.

Adult Ticket (from 14 years old) Visit Ferrata Minera el Soplao

From 14 years old. Minors under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Weigh between 45 and 115 kg (safety range of the heatsink). In case of doubt, the guides will check the weight.

Activity not suitable for:1) people with cardio and/or respiratory problems / Claustrophobia, epileptic seizures or convulsive seizures, history of stroke, balance disorders or vertigo, gait or walking disorders / 2) People with morbid obesity, insulin-dependent diabetes, high blood pressure with uncontrolled levels3) Pregnant women4) Reduced mobility limitations 5) Any other unfavorable condition for the development of the activity.

It is essential to be at the La Plaza del Monte facilities half an hour before the visit timewith the entry in force and in good condition (time used to deliver the necessary material to carry out this activity (helmet, headlamp, harness with dissipators, rain boots and coverall) and the safety instructions and behavior to follow inside the mine). IMPORTANT: For this type of activity it is mandatory to wear protective gloves (gardening type) to protect against abrasions, since on many occasions you will have to help by applying force, or braking, the stainless steel cable of the lifeline. Therefore, it is recommended that the visitor bring their own gloves and that they are flexible, ergonomic and maneuverable. If you do not have them, you can buy them at the facilities when the guide hands out the clothing.
