Comienza con una introducción al entorno vitícola de la Sierra de Yerga (Rioja Oriental) y la historia del cultivo sostenible en viñedos centenarios. El recorrido incluye la bodega urbana, mostrando el proceso artesanal de crianza en ánforas, fudres y barricas, así como el etiquetado y lacrado manual de botellas. Finaliza con una cata de cuatro vinos maridados con pan de horno de leña y aceite de oliva orgánico de producción propia.
Una experiencia íntima y auténtica para conectar con la esencia del vino. 🍷
